About Me
For the last 25 years, I've developed toys, games, activities, apps, and entertainment for kids, families and adults. My teams have produced thoughtful, memorable products for children around the world.
My favorite invention so far: The Sneaky, Snacky Squirrel Game, illustrated by Lucia Gaggiotti. Two million units later, the award-winning preschool matching game has earned 10,000 five-star Amazon reviews. The game inspired development of 4 sister games and was published as a board book by Candlewick.
From electronic talking microscopes to puzzles to card games to a classroom version of Jeopardy!®, I've worked as a marketer, designer, talent developer, art director, and creative director for toy companies since my career began.
Years of fun include time with Harlequin Children's Educational Publishing, Educational Insights, MGA Entertainment, Maker Media, AARP Staying Sharp, Mattel Creations, and American Girl. I've had fun and laughs with smart, nice children’s publishers including Scholastic and DK. Uppercase and Communication Arts have shown my work.
Loves: product scouting, guiding artists and designers, meeting inventors and being one, product development, design, writing, and seeing it all come to life in factories and on shelf. I've learned to transform ideas into sellable, giggle-filled toys and games.
