My mother-in-law Michelle Downin (rest her awesome soul) was a cake decorating goddess. I flipped when I found this old Wilton cake decorating magazine which featured a castle on its cover. The hilarity is that it’s NOT EVEN A CAKE! The writer clearly made note that the castle you see is cardboard and icing. Yum.
